Complementary Therapies

The treatment of trauma can be a complex affair, especially when trauma began in childhood or has occurred over extended periods of time. EMDR is most effective when supported by other important psychotherapy modalities. We are trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Parts Work, Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Experiencing among others.

Ongoing Support

When returning to work or to family life after trauma, the adjustment can be difficult, for you and for those around you. We will support you through this process, equipping you and your loved ones with coping strategies, communication tools and psychological education.
